Every bit of equipment has alerady been purchased before I have done anything about it. It's a continental tour team.
Anyone got a cold one for me on this one?

That's been done on purpose. Cycling teams don't buy equipment irl.

You don't have to buy equipment and you don't have to select it either.
Just start the race and your riders will take the correct equipment automatically.
