I have made a jersey but how do i save it as a .psd file

and second is it some plis for the national champs

why do you want it in .psd. If you are using it in the game it must be in .tga. but what program are you using to convert to .psd?

You have to take https://paint.net as program.
And than you have to save the jersey under SAVE AS as tga. 32 bit.

If you wanna save it as .psd, one could assume you have Photoshop? Just save it as you normally do, but under format, scroll down to targa(.tga).
