With Mark Cavendish almost sure to go to Sky, I thought it might be interesting to see if more people agree with is his dicision or disagree. Please vote and leave a comment expressing your opinion.
Well untill recently I'd have been quite happy to see him staying at HTC where he is such an icon of the sport, but HTC seem to be losing quite a few riders and I'm just not sure about their long term prospects to be honest.
On the other hand it would be quite nice to see him in Sky colours - I think he could be the missing piece of the jigsaw to really let Sky realise their potential as a team.
Being an American I would like him to stay with HTC or go over to another american team. However, I think it would be better for Cav personaly, to go over to Sky as he will have a better lead out there as a lot of HTC's big names are leaving.

Cav has (had) the best team that he could dream for in HTC. It would be a loss, both for him and for cycling, if he left the one of the greatest and most winnings cyclingteams ever, as well as his winning-chances to "try something new". The whole team is wrapped around him to give him success, and the thought of him sharing the captainsrole with Bradley and standing in the way for young sprinting talents as Davide Appollonio and Ben Swift... I think that would make them all worse... We saw what happened when Cervelo tried the same with Carlos Sastre and Thor Hushovd... Even though HTC has lost a couple of riders, they're still a great team for the flat stages - it's not like they give all in for the Yellow jerseys, as they're best GC rider in the Tour was Peter Velits on 19th... And with Mark Renshaw, Bernie Eisel and Bert Grabsch still in the team, they will be just as well of as they were before (the only rider I think they'll miss is Tony Martin, the team "engine")
