Problem with a lot of cyclist

I installed the patch with a lot of teams, riders, bikes.... but now a lot of riders dont compete in the races because the game says that they are in the Tour L´Alain???
For expample in Euskaltel Euskadi I only can participate in races with 2 riders, and in Andalucia CajaGranada all the riders are in the Tour de L´Alain and you cant compete with anybody. What is the solution for this strange problem???

I paste the patch in Database and I start the game, but I see that the problem continuous and when I go to the Databse again the patch has disappeared¡¡¡¡

What can i make to solve my problem???

Are you sure that you put the fix into the correct folder?
With patch 1.0.4.4 >> my documents\pcm2011\database\
Older patches >> my documents\pcm2011\users\your name\database\

I paste it in Database, out of the others 4 folders that i have in Database (Weeklysave, solo, multi, downloaded) but it disappers when I start the game.

Did you install the patch 1.0.4.4? If yes, then put the file in this folder: my documents\pcm2011\database\
