creating a team

just wandering if its possible to create a team that i can then use in a stage race, the only way i saw you could create a team was in career mode. but at this time i just want to race in tour de france but with my own team.

one way i think i can do it is with the database editor but this will be time consuming

you can make one with an editor Wink full editor or the one that follows the game.

My fav custom team I have made was on PCM10 and my Eurovision Cycling Team, all european riders with some good climbers and sprinters. I had Degenkolb, Ciolek, Roche, Taaramae, Rolland. Still have the save halfway through my second season. I had great fun with it Grin

i'd try the editor that comes with the game, but i've suffered problems with that in the past when doing this (way back in PCM09)

custom team wise - i tend to play with my own, currently have the likes of Augustyn, Henao, Kennaugh, Van Garderen, Pellizotti, Dekker, Flecha, Sagan, Thomas and other newgens (as i like to put them, people created by the game)

mainly target the Giro with Pellizotti, 8th in the first season (as a CT team) but got promoted which reduces the load on the riders

My favorite custom team is a New Zealand based team with riders from New Zealand and Australia. It has the likes of Cadel Evans, Richie Porte, Michael Rogers, Rory Sutherland, Matt Goss, Allen Davis, Greg Henderson, and Julien Dean.
