Hey, im new in this forum, but anyways. I recently downloaded the PPDB Europe 2006 database but I have trouble getting it to work. Could Anyone help me? I know that I have to put the db under the file "Cyanide/pcm 2006/database". But even though I do this, I can't find the database when I enter the game, and search for the new database.
Help plz. |

The database is compressed. This means you will have to decompress the file, and that can f.e be done by using WinRAR which can be downloaded for free at https://www.rarlabs.com. The file has to be decompressed to your main PCM-folder - not the DB-folder. |

I don't remember exactly how the file structure is, but I think the file is compressed twice. So, extract the package to your desktop - and a new .zip / .rar-file should be available. Now, this one, the 2nd, has to be extracted to C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager |

if i am right then the 2nd of july is the Rundum den Elm race and this is a known problem all you have to do is look at this site https://www.ppdb.nl/forum/viewforum.ph...m.php?f=78 click on Fix/Update Giant... and the 4th post down
i think you will however have to start a new game and i also think it will be best to install all the fixes on that page as well, and then using the same link above but instead of clicking on Fix/Update for Giant... click on Final PPDB Giant for PCM2 and download that.
hope i helped. |

The version available on this page should include all fixes. If you did not download that version you will have to download the fixes which Addy291 refers to. |
