Can not start

Every time I get the boot menu. I play and then he says that a new update is available and whether I want to update. If I click yes it takes to install but fails, he has the message: An error occurred while replacing the existing file: DeleteFile failed. code 5. Access denied. then I click ignore I must do several times and then I try to play but it's installed wrong. If I click play on the opstarmenu and asks if I want to install the new update, I click no, but then nothing happens. Can anyone help me?sorry I know my english not so good.

Else, start the game directly by double-clicking PCM.exe.

Where you installed the game?
BTW: Windows has a nice search function, try that if you have no clue.
