Shirts Not working - How do you make them work

Well im here again...!
I got help before, but no one told what they done...
I attached my files, so if someone can tell me whats needed så i dont have to write here every time.,,, :/

Created them/it in Photoshop, saved them as Targa (tga) 32Bit
And placed them in there respective folders

Right. Which folders? orp?
If so, did you create the team in an editor? Did you also make sure to add a sponsor for that team? |

Placed in the right folders similar to teams like "sky"
My concern is about the files size are they to bug, and if, how do i make them smaller..?
Ye used the editor thats included in the game "from startup screen before entering the game"
ANd nope have no sponsors, i have no problem seeing the team in the game, my problem is that i have an pink square where there have to be a logo, and mini shirt, plus the shirts in the game is not those i've made its the standard red/white from the game

The game reads the jersey folder from DYN_sponsor, so if you didn't add a sponsor for your team, the shirt etc. will never show up. |

I had the same problem as what FeleX had with the standard kits appearing. So I added a sponsor and a co-sponsor (using the Fast Editor) like CrueTrue said and now instead of having standard kits I get the Farnese Vini kits instead!
I placed my 32bit targa files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011\3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team in a folder I created for the team named fbg (the 3 initials of the team which I put in the editor for the team and both of the sponsors).
As the team appears in the game but with the wrong kits I'm assuming that I have placed the files in the wrong place or that I have done something wrong in the editor. Can somebody help please?
