Junior Rider Posts: 49 Joined: 14-07-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Does the sponsor confidence bar have to be red for me to get fired because mine is quite low. I think the main problem is the registered riders bar which is red how do i increase it?

Classics Specialist Posts: 3711 Joined: 01-09-2010 PCM$: 200.00	To increase that bar you have to pick prestige riders for the races that your sponsor has a goal in. Eg. your sponsor wants you to get top 10 in Liege-Bastogne-Liege, if you picked a big name rider like Gilbert, Contador, Schleck it will go up. In order to raise your slection bar, you need to sign riders from the region your sponsor finds important. If you have passed the transfer period and you want a more popular rider, try winning a lot of important races with your best rider. His popularity will go up after some big wins (M-S, RVV, etc...) However, don't worry about getting fired. It is impossible to get fired in PCM 11, doesn't matter how bad the confidence level is.
