Podium/Close a stage - Problem ?..

Hi everybody! I have a new pc, and i've been playing at full graphic for a while without no lag or problems. But suddenly, when i press next (At the podium) or cancel to main menu (ESC in 3D mode) the whole pc freezes. Nothing works without shutting down the pc with the standy-button..

it may be a bug... try reverting back once and see if that works for you.

Try this:
- Uninstall the game
- Rename the PCM2011 folder in My documents
- Delete the PCM2011 folder in %APPDATA%
- Install the game
- Try if the problem is gone
If yes, search for the problem on your computer, not in the game, else continue:
- Install the patch
- Try if the problem came back
If yes, contact Cyanide, if no, continue:
- Install the DB (if you want to play with one)
- Try if the problem came back
If yes, contact the DB maker, else play the game

thanks for the respond, but nothing worked.. I tried it on 0 graphic although i have played it on full graphic with absolutely no fucking problem what so ever! maybe i've gotten some sort of virus? |

What do you mean with nothing worked?
Have you uninstalled and removed both folders or did you skip some steps in my list?
When did the problem come back, even with the unpatched game? |

i followed it step by step.. even performed a big scan on my computer checking for virus! but no mather what graphic i play on the game crashes .. |

If it is not the game, then you have to think what you did to your computer.
You could turn off the anti-virus and try again. (Disconnect the internet if you don't want to risk anything) |

tried something different now, i played the court/velodrome thing. and when i pressed ESC and close to main menu, the game crashed.. Please help me? i know my pc is perfectly good, so the graphic is not the problem |

I told you how to remove everything which is related to the game. If the problem remains, then it must be something unrelated to the game. |

i did a system recovery on the computer, so the computer is completely clean. But the game still crashes.. This is so frustrated because in the beginning i played it on the highest graphic with no problems!
So i have sent a mail to cyanide .. do you know what they can do for me? Maybe its something wrong with the CD or something? do you know how long time it takes before they answer?
