cant use editor with the new daily db

HEy im playng a carreer game and i wanted to add my own rider but i cant open the db in the editor, i have done it with all the other db's outthere but not the new daily db?
someone know what to do? |

Try a different editor.

And if none of them can load it, then you could look in the download section of pcm 08 because there you could find the advanced editor from cyanide.

The DB works just fine with these editors: Advanced Editor V4, PCM Fast Editor, Lachi's Editor and Excel Editor.
I don't know whether it works with the editor that comes with the game. |

Lachi's Editor is pretty easy to use
here is a screen shot of it and im choosing a DB to edit left click the star and click extract cbd then it will give a screen to pick your DB
here is a shot of me saving the DB i just edited left click the star export to cbd ,,,now lets say you just edited the PCM dailys DB now when you save it overwrite your data base click yes ,,,thats what i do so i dont have to edit it again then start your carree and all should work.
it will ask you do you want to save click yes
then it will ask you where do you want to save just overwrite your PCM DB

The game editor seems to dislike this DB, which doesn't happen with other DBs like the FranceRealName or the PPDB. For example, if you load the DB and press the Team's tab, it gives you a dozen of error messages, and if you create an extra rider, it saves ok, but then when you load the game, and try to fetch that rider (if it's a free rider) or look at the rider on the team (if you create the rider and have assigned to a specific team) it crashes to the desktop. Could someone have a look at it and spot the error? |

This cannot be fixed (or will not be fixed). You have to use another editor to edit the daily DB. |
