Trouble with serial - Am I screwed?

I downloaded the game when it came out and saw that it had 3 activations so i thought ok no problem... Well turns out I was down to 1 and used it last week.
I encountered a virus last night and had to reset my laptop to factory settings immediately. I did just that however I managed to backup the game... I am out of serial attempts thought it says....
What do i do!!?? I love this game but I cant afford to pay another 39$ for 3 more.

Obviously you don't have to pay for the same game twice. Even if you could afford it.
Contact the reseller by using the same email as you did when buying the game.

i kinda had the same problem when i needed to contact cyanide but in this case, my download link had expired. I sent Cyanide a email and they game me a new link. |

if they dont email you back quickly sent a really angry email and they will sent you an email back right away. at least they did for me |

I basically just said.. well here is the exact email:
"I have purchased the 2011 version of the game and encountered a virus last week causing me to immediately reset my system. After I got everything back up and running, I was disturbed to see that I was out of activations. It told me I needed to wait 91 days for another one. Is there anyway that I can get another key or have my one renewed?

Boy I hope so.. I think its stupid that you only get 3... I mean good for security purposes but if they keep dishing out new ones whats the point?

Even if they're giving out new ones you still cannot ask for a new key every day, so the could reduce the "damage" and you could not supply your whole town with one copy.
But I would write the "angry" mail now. If they are located in europe you have about 5 hours left until the leave to the weekend. |

They will usually give you more activations. I had similar computer problems in the past and running out of activations. They always gave me more |

Well its been 3 days now and nothing.. Guess I will have to wait until Monday... maybe i didnt do it right... can somebody give me a link to send them a message? Or an e-mail would be great!
