Freeze in 3d mode instead of showing the podium

This happens a lot to me. Just after a 3D stage finishes you normally see the podium, right? Well, the podium never comes, the game stays in the 3d mode, the music keeps playing and the mouse cursor is frozen. There is nothing I can do except Ctrl+Alt+Del the game. This is a problem with I also had a few times in PCM10, but now in PCM11 it happens 2 out of 6 times Sad

I forgot to mention that the end of the stage will not be saved. I need to play that stage again. I don't know if it's the process of saving which makes the game freeze or if something went wrong when trying to load the podium. I have no special DB/graphic packs installed, just an edited names/rating DB.

Lower the graphic options, this should help.
