How do you have to change the sponsor when a contract is ended?

i Can use two negotiators but there's no sponsors available?

I search for legendary sponsors , Is that good?

It might take them a while to find new sponsors.
I cannot say if it is clever to search for legendary sponsors, because it depends on your team.
