I know this has probably been asked many times before, but after PCM Daily pack was released, I created a carrer with Christina Watches - Onfone.
My questions is, will the max. wage budget change as I sign new sponsors and improve the team, possibly to reach Pro Tour-status, or will it forever be at 92,500 Euro/Month, as this picture show?
If so, there isn't much to it, since with this budget, you wont be able to get anywhere near Pro Tour
I hope I'm wrong.

The money will change if you get a new sponsor. As long as you have the same sponsor, the wage won`T change as far as I know. |

@roturn: You receive a message when you start a career with a conti or pro conti team, saying that the sponsor might send more money your way if you get promoted to a PT status. I haven't finished a season yet to try this, but the behaviour should be the same as in PCM10 no? |

Now we're at it, I just got offered LEGO as sponsor, as Onfone only had a one-year deal. Will the logos and shirts change by themself or what? I guess not, lol.

They would change if your head-sponsor withdrew, but no changes happen when it's just the co-sponsor. |

So the message you receive at the beggining of the career is a bug? A leftover from PCM2010? |

Okay, is it possible to make your own and replace it all? I know you can with logos and shirts, but are there other things to change aswell?
Seems like quite alot of work, if you have to change the shirts and make country and leader shirts for the entire team. If i wanna do this - where do I find the shirts, logos and whatnot, to correct?
I guess I can just remove the Onfone text and logo, and replace them with LEGO?

This text was wrong in PCM2010 also, because there you did receive more or less money based on the standing in the ranking and not based on the promotion, so maybe the text comes from PCM 06 or so... |

You can find your team's graphic-code in DYN_sponsor. |

What do I need the graphic code for?
I belive I have to find all the logos and shirts belonging to Christina Watches - Onfone, and from there change them in Photoshop and replace them with the original files?
I just don't know where they are.

If you have found the files, how come you don't know where they are?
Shirts are in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team
Logos are in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/Gui/team/logo and /minilogo
Mini-Shirts are in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/Gui/team_shirt |

I had not found any of those files before you posted them now
I just assumed that was what I had to do, in order to change them. I belive I can edit the shirts and change Onfone to LEGO, but how do I change the mini-shirt, as it's a 3D object?
Edit: And do I not have to change all the national shirts, yellow, polka dot, green etc. with the new logo? Or will it simply carry on, as soon I change the logo itself?

If you want to have the LEGO logo, you have to add it yourself to everything. It's as simple as that.
