How many race days per year are recommended?

I believe the magic number is 60 but I don't think it's a firm number. However, in that area should be fine.

Up to 60 you won`t get fitness problems. Then the fitness becomes lower and lower with every race day. But still no problem to reach the 70 or even 80. Just don`t expect a GT win if you already have 70 at the start.

Young riders don`t care. It`s the same than for old riders.

in one season I saw the AI had Cavendish do 120 race days, but yeah the maximum is 60 days after which your fitness gets penalized.
