That is a very nice jersey... you could probably create your own background if you want to..

Not bad for a first try.
But the Sponsors on the arms are, if placed the 2010 way, on the wrong side of the jersey as the wont be visible. If placed the 2011 way, they should be tilted in a certain angle...
Furthermore the Look logos are upside down. And try placing them a little bit further down, as they are not completely visible.
Other than that, it is really good. Keep them coming and you will improve
