Hey all.

How do I train skills like: Recovery, Downhill, Stamina and Sprints/Acceleration?

All skills will be trained no matter what you do. The different training styles just boost selected skills more.

I was thinking like training camps? Isn't there anything for those skills?

I have seen that table in english, so i can understand it :-). Just one question. In the table it says that training Climbing gets 2 points in Acceleration. But if i have understood it right acceleration is only counting when you doing flat sprints? So is it a waste of 2 points to train climbing?

ACC dont work only when you doing flat sprints, acc value make you save a bit the red bar, it work everytime (attacks, sprints, free effort).
everytime you go over the redbar threshold (about 185ppm)
