Friends - I have edited DB to include races, and while I find it in my users/export folder, it is an XML document so am just wondering what I do from here to incorportate it into game? There is something I am missing but I'll admit I have no idea what it is!

Appreciate your help!

Which editor?

Usually, you have to use a function in the editor that says something along the lines of "Export to cdb"

You don't need the xml file, create a db (.cbd) and copy it from DatabaseEditor to Users/yourname/Database

thanks cruetrue. i have done this using pcm fast editor and then copied saved edited db to users/db. selected it in game as db but still couldnt see the 2 races i added. must be missing something!!! it has nothing to do with the type of races (eg cont11, etc) does it? im just not sure
