January 1, 2011 -- It's not often that a rider like Taylor Phinney comes around. Maybe even once a lifetime. You see, Phinney, as a teenager, attracted the attention of Lance Armstrong whom went on the dub Phinney as "the next big thing in American cycling". Because of that, expectations are high. Can Taylor meet and possibly exceed those expectations? It's unknown... but it's highly likely.
This 2011 season, Phinney will be focusing on three races: the World Championships, the Time Trial World Championships, and the Tour de France young rider jersey. "I don't expect to win every race I compete in," Phinney told ESPN. "But, I'm going to try. I owe it to team BMC and to myself to establish a new era of American dominance in the sport of cycling."
"We've brought in the best guys to groom Phinney," an anonymous source familiar with Team BMC said. "Do we expect him to set the world on fire this year? No, but we expect him to fairly soon... we also expect to keep him on this team for a long, long time. We are that committed to making sure Phinney is the greatest of all time." Even teammates, like former world champion Cadel Evans, believe Phinney is the real deal. "He trained with me for a week or so in France. I have nothing bad to say about him, and I can't really say anything positive about him either because I'd be talking for way too long when I have training to do."
Yes, Taylor Phinney -- the son of Davis Phinney -- is well on his way to achieving greatness. His first of the 2011 UCI ProTour season will be the Santos Tour Down Under in home of country of teammate Cadel Evans.

Hey guys, I'm new to Pro Cycling Manager (bought '10 because I can't afford '11). I'm not great at the game, so don't expect too much out of Phinney or team BMC. Anyway, thanks for reading!
January 16, 2011 -- "Before coming here, I was training in Santa Barbra, California ... I think that gave me an advantage because I was in terrific form and nobody [in the breakaway] was able to keep up with me." Taylor Phinney, BMC's 20-year-old prodigy, told the press after the conclusion of the first stage of the Santos Tour Down Under. "But yeah, I felt great. Like nobody could beat me. Unfortunately, that arrogance cost me a stage win. However, the time bonus I received from the intermediate sprints gives me third place overall I think."
Four kilometers into the stage, Phinney joined a breakaway compromised of three other riders: Tom Stamsnijder of Leopard-Trek, Ludovic Turpin of Saur-Sojasun, and Francisco Jose Ventose of the Movistar Team. As the race went on, a few other riders joined the breakaway, but were dropped during the small climb. Overall, it was a good stage for Taylor Phinney and the BMC squad whom sit on top of the Young Rider, SKODA Mountain, and Team classifications.

Good luck. Its realistic too, because Phinney actually plays PCM himself.
I had no idea that Phinney plays PCM! That's really cool! Thanks, by the way, and good luck with your story.
P.S. Does anybody know how to take screenshots? I was going to use print screen, but minimizing and going back and forth between paint and PCM isn't exactly fun.
ctrl + U to hide everything and then ctrl + T to take the shot
You will find the screens in My docs/PCM11/Screenshoots or something like that. The pictures will be in png. format. Please convert them to jpeg since they take much less time to upload.

Plus make them a bit smaller.
1000x600, 32bit 80% quality JPEG are pretty good and just ~100kb big.
That`s about the size I use. Fast loading then.
There are freeware like "resize my photos" and "picture converter", which can handle to make it with several pictures at the same time. So just takes ~30s for all.
