I can see your from Denmark and thus I presume you read Danish. Check out the guide on PCMfreaks. I don't know if this is the best way to ride them but it seems to work out ok. I tested it with Saxo and came 6th with a decent team including Larsson, Porte and Contador in the TdF TTT losing 20 sec to Leopard and 50 sec to Radioshack who won. I feel those results are fairly reasonable but there must be a better way to do it
Yeah i started a "quick" Career with sky where i just will 3D race my goal races so to speak.
And in the tirrano or is it paris nice (cant remember wich one of them has the TTT), i have a decent team with only 2 riders over 75 in TTT very few from 70-65 and most under 65 :S
but i still lost ALOT Of time.
Like 1 min or something :S

With a team like that I don't think 1 min is too bad actually. All depending on the competition (goes without saying).
I did five quick simulations, just to get some reference points:
1: 5th at 41" from winner RSchack
2: 5th at 51" from winner Sky
3: 4th at 22" from winner RSchack
4: 5th at 30" from winner RSchack
5: 6th at 32" from winner RSchack
all of them at 89%, addjusting it upwards (allong with the relay time) considering their yellow bar after intermidiate 2. Some riders couldn't keep up anymore.
At intermediate 1 and 2, I came in close to last (2 was allready better), at the finish, I was 4th, 25" from winner RSchack.
