I will be starting a career once the PCMDaily DB is out (come on!) and it's gonna be a long one. I will be using it over several seasons so what stat progression is the best?

Say I create a young rider, age 20, with 76 in MO, HILL and TT with the goal of him becoming a future GT-favourite. If I want him to be a serious contender for the white jersey in a GT after one or two years, top 3 within 3-4 years and a huge favourite within 4-5 years, what should I set the progression to? I've heard that 0.3 gives you a pretty good one.

From my four season career so far I'd say 0.3 gives you quite a realistic edge...
