Getting frutrated - Jersey implementation

Evening,

tehMalone has made an amazing Jersey kit for me. I know it is made for PCM2010 originally, but every forum I check it says that it should be possible to use these in PCM2011 as well. For some reason I can't.

I have checked all the files to see if the TGA's are 32 bit. They all are.
I changed the minimalliot to DDS.
I have been trying and checking if everything is in the right folder for 2 evenings now and I just can't seem to get it right. I have checked forums from different websites and none have helped me to get the shirts in the game.

I probably must add that I made a new team in the database and want to use the shirts with this team.

Is there anyone who might have an idea?

If I'm not mistaken, the only things that will work in PCM11 are the jerseys themselves, and the transfers. All of the other new pieces have new templates and are named differently.

For example, _manchettes are now recognised as _handles (in the English version at least, this may be different for other languages.) Perhaps a minor issue, considering the game uses entirely different templates. Just compare some of the real teams equipment with any equipment made for PCM10, and the differences are clear.

Also, if you're using a custom team make sure to:
1) Extract them into the folder of your custom team
2) name them all with the correct 3 digit code, replacing the TCT in each of the names.

Actually ANFreeman,
I think they are not just called different but have a new format and im not even sure that they still use the old templates and the tga format...

What he has wrong was the size of all the files.

It's not a custom team. I made a team in the database and want to use this shirt...

Ah, fair enough but, as Miggi reiterated, does it recognise the old formats? I just did a test in the viewer with a pack made for PCM10, and it can't read the custom equipment. Just shows them as plain white, unfortunately.

Wrong, jseadog. Accessories are NOT compatible with PCM11. Shirts, transferts, logos and mini shirts are.

Colinas: If you added a new team in an editor, you also added a jersey abbreviation - three letters, usually. The jersey and transferts have to be in a folder which is named as the jersey abbreviation.

In Cyanide > PCM11, there's a program called CT Cyclist editor app, or something similar. That's the viewer.

The 3 letters are TCT and I created a folder and added the files.
In the editor, I see the shirt and aslo the other picture (don't know what it's called) is shown, so that looks good.


And in regards to the link... I think I've read it about 10 times now and I can't seem to find out what I'm doing wrong.

I will try replacing a Cxx folder tonight to see if that helps.
