Ok, I posted a while ago that I couldn't get the sprint rain forming thing to work for me. I got some advice, but it didn't help. I wait until 8km left in the stage, have Cavendish Goss and Renshaw all right next to each other, but I tell Goss to relay, and for Cavendish and Renshaw to follow while the game is paused. Then I push play and the game gets rid of one of my follow commands, so Renshaw goes off into space randomly relaying by himself, refusing to follow. Then its just Goss and Cavendish and they get left in the dust. Help or suggestions is appreciated ...Again :Bannana:

The sprint train thing isn't as easy to grasp as the more experienced people on this site make it sound.
I think that using the relay command when setting up a sprint train doesn't help. I've been taking my guys to the fron of the pack with about 25km to go, as so as the sprint follow command becomes available, I link my riders in the order I want and put the lead guy on free effort. I match his effort to the speed of the peleton so that the train stays at the front. I set the effort of everyone else in the train to 99 so that they're ready to go as soon as they take the lead.
The bit I'm still trying to get right is the timings for when you remove the lead guy in the train and let the next one take over.
Also, more often than not my train is getting broken by someone else which is frustrating but I think it's pretty realistic.
^ This is my first year playing PCM and in my very first game I managed it, I don't think its difficult to grasp.
As has been mentioned you are doing it way too late. Not sure why the commands are disappearing, maybe its too late and other riders are on your riders wheels? Or you have screwed up somehow.
But yea you should set relay/free effort or whatever you use very high so they move forward. I typically use 95-99 and it works.
