I have been setting up to start a new story for the stories section. I have been working on the roster, but I've never done a story before and don't have a great feel for how good to make a roster. The idea for my team is that it will rely on young talent, and developing it. Keeping the team young will be a cornerstone for the team, and the other main point will be getting talent for more unusual locations that most teams wouldn't look at, hoping to find a couple diamonds in the rough. Anyway, I've got two rosters put together that I think are good, they are both on 50% orienatation for custom team. The first didn't use 100,000 pounds (I use pounds as the currency for the game) of the budget I was given. The second one literally used ever single penny the game allowed. The screenshots only show parts of the roster, because the lower riders are all young riders. I'm mostly interested in the leaders and developing young talent. Any comments are really appreciated and I have included a poll about which one is best for the story. Thanks

Option 2 for me. 1st one looks a bit too good and some of the riders in the second one are really interesting, I like all the Irish riders.

I like the mix of riders in the 2nd one, and the fact that from what I understand that team isn't going to be too strong (unless you want a team in the tour that should with the TTT or else that was a bad race).
Well and the fact that you have Beppu on the 2nd roster. ^_^ |

I think both are great and have their own separate strengths. I like #2 a little more because it has more Americans and doesn't have someone already very strong like Gesink. |

Well I used the official release database, and on the roster screen from career mode the flags are always next to the riders name. I hope that answers the question?  |
