Jerseys: guide to use your own

Hey guys,
I have looked at the forum but can't find (or didn't look good enough) a easy guide how to get custom jerseys (and shorts) in the game.
First of all: what file to download (just right-click the picture and then save-as??).
Then use Paint (the Paint that comes standard with windiws?) to convert it to a dds-file?

Can someone please help me and tell me (or give a link)

Bear in mind that the jersey folders have been changed in PCM11 (they are now in 3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team).

There is a free tool called paint.net. It can open and save dds files. You can get it here: www.getpaint.net (just don't click in the huge download images from the adds)

About the jerseys, did you look in the graphic forum?

I physically cannot find the folder to put custom jerseys in, even when i try searching for the folder name nothing comes up
