Pro tour sponsor aims while i am in continental tour

as the title says. when i create a custom team, my sponsor wants me to win the tour de france, or the vuelta but i am in the continental tour. what's the sense behind this mess?

If you have good riders, capable of this, you might get a wildcard, and be able to do it.

Don't worry to much about it, try to do well in smaller Continental races; T1 etc. My sponsors wanted me to win Paris Nice - Dauphine Libere, become best climber in both the Giro and Vuelta and much more. Ofcourse I didn't do any of those, but I did win the 4 Jours Duncurque and got the clmbers jersey and 2 stages in Tour of California and my sponsor confidence was great!

my sponsor isn't lucky at all. even i win almost every T.HC race Frown

As far as I know, it is not important to make him happy. Just have fun in your career. You will find a better sponsor later.
