Career crash

Was at the end of my second season on career mode but then the game crashed, and when i clicked the "Load last saved game" button the game crashed again. So i deleted the career game files and startet over, but the same happened again just before the Giro in the first season. Any idea how to fix this? It really sucks to play career mode when you don't know if the game will crash and the team you've built will disappear...
