Is is possible to buy the DVD of game in the USA? I would much rather buy the game on disk, instead of having to download the game (of course I know I could order though amazon uk, but I don't really want to go though paying customs, and if the disk has a region lock).

Thanks, that will make it so much better then having to download the game (downloading is fine and all, but I prefer the hard copy).

Both versions are identical.
You could burn the downloaded files to a DVD or back it up on a hard drive.
I see no advantage of the boxed version because it has slower delivery and is more harmful to the environment. (Plastic is made from oil and gas i used to deliver it to you.)

Edit: And chances are, that you will never read the printed manual anyway.
