Here is a very easy format for posting a career from my side. Don’t expect huge texts; I will only post results, screenshots and a couple of sentences to explain something. I hope you will have fun, while reading it.
Jonathan
Team: Colnago CSF Inox
DB: ASO 2011
Difficulty: Hard
Early breakaway of 14 men stayed away. Oss won, Frapporti got third and the first ones of the peloton (Carrara and Di Luca) finished on 1’10.
1 Daniel Oss Liquigas-Cannondale 3h51'53
2 Jean-Marc Bideau Bretagne - Schuller s.t. 3 Marco Frapporti Colnago - CSF Inox s.t.
Stage 2 (Hills, uphill finish)
Peloton exploded on the big hill and only the best survived. Di Luca won the sprint of the elitegroup and among them Stortoni, who was in the early breakaway. My best man in GC is Frapporti, who is seventh on 51 seconds. Di Luca is the new leader.
1 Danilo Di Luca Katusha Team 5h11'20
2 Matteo Carrara Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team + 16
3 Stefano Garzelli Acqua & Sapone - Caffè Mokambo s.t. 11 Simone Stortoni Colnago - CSF Inox + 1'04
Stage 3 (Hills, flat finish)
The early breakaway made it again and Marzano was the strongest. Peloton exploded once again on the only big hill of the stage and only Stortoni was strong enough to stay in the group of favorits (25 men). Nobody attacked and so won Di Luca the GC.

I have seen many of those crashes in the last kilometers that lead to a mass sprint. You always get very suprising results.
Even if one of the top sprinter doesn't fall, you see that they have to lower their speed and lose connection with the riders in the front. In the sprint, they fail to catch up with the lead out guys.
Hello, maybe its stupid question, but how you add to game new sponsors? Or it will in be in game/ and you don`t add it? And one question, if i play for axemple for HTC how i can change a sponsors and inwhat time of season i can do this? Sorry for my english)
@Housies: This is my first crash in a peloton sprint, I think it's realistic the guys behind have to lower their' speed.
@tovhol: Thanks, I don't put much effort in it, though ^^
@Pellizotti2: Well, it was a sprint of around 15 men so I think it wasn't a great result
@Tyler: Hi, you mean the new sponsors of the teams that show up after a couple of years? This is my first career in PCM 11 so don't know how it works. The new sponsors (real ones, instead of the fake ones in the original db) I have because I have downloaded the ASO DB. I think you can better open a thread here: https://pcmdaily.c...rum_id=113 . You'll get a better answer there.

The early breakaway of Schroder and Belletti didn’t get caught by the peloton. Belletti is the strongest in a sprint-a-deux. He also wears the KoM jersey.
The elite peloton of 40 men (Canuti, Stortoni, Belletti) exploded on the final hill. Lost the KoM jersey to Ospina and my best ranked man is now Canuti on place 22. Cunego is also the new leader of the race after his stage win.
Halfway Niemiec, Capecchi and Pozzovivo attacked. Pozzovivo got dropped with 30 km to go and the others came to De Maar, the last survivor of the early breakaway. The favorites (with Pirazzi) were too late to battle for the win. Niemiec won the sprint of the first group and Pirazzi and Pozzovivo were ninth and tenth. Second goal not accomplished.
1 Przemyslaw Niemiec Lampre - ISD 5h28'59
2 Eros Capecchi Liquigas-Cannondale s.t.
3 Marc De Maar QuickStep Cycling Team s.t.
4 Matteo Carrara Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team + 35
5 Danilo Di Luca Katusha Team + 1'00 9 Stefano Pirazzi Colnago - CSF Inox s.t.
@olabj: I haven't really thought about that yet, first of all I have to be invited . But if i get an invitation, I think I will split the Giro in a couple of parts and give a bit more details about the race itself.

Giro di Sardegna (22/02-26/02) GOAL: WEAR THE SPRINTER’S JERSEY
Belletti was in the early breakaway to gain points for the sprinters jersey (4 sprints today) and he won all of them. The big hill with the top at 30 km from the finishline turned out to be the key-moment of the race. Because of the small roads, the favorites couldn’t follow my riders who accelerated at the start of the hill. Pirazzi dropped Pozzovivo and at the top he catched Belletti who turned out to be the strongest of the breakaway. Pirazzi won the stage and Pozzovivo, Stortoni and Belletti were only a couple of seconds behind the favorites at place five, six and seven. Belletti is the KoM and wears the Sprinter’s jersey. Mission accomplished!
My men couldn’t follow when the big favorites attacked, but they didn’t do a bad job either. Pozzovivo, Pirazzi and Stortoni finished on place seven, eight and nine. Pirazzi is now second in the GC, 41 seconds behind Rodriguez.
1 JoaquÃm RodrÃguez Oliver Katusha Team 4h54'05
2 Matteo Carrara Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team + 9
3 Stefano Garzelli Acqua & Sapone - Caffè Mokambo + 41 7 Domenico Pozzovivo Colnago - CSF Inox + 1'14
Stage 3 (Flat)
Early breakaway win, nothing happened in the peloton.
1 Zdeněk Å tybar QuickStep Cycling Team 5h57'27
2 Dirk Bellemakers Landbouwkrediet s.t.
3 Francisco Javier Vila Errandonea De Rosa - Ceramica Flaminia s.t. 34 Domenico Pozzovivo Colnago - CSF Inox + 6'08
Stage 4 (Hills, flat finish)
After a lot of attacks in the hills, the 10 strongest had to sprint for the win. Among them Pirazzi and Pozzovivo. Pirazzi is still second and Pozzovivo is now fourth.
1 JoaquÃm RodrÃguez Oliver Katusha Team 4h30'47
2 Matteo Carrara Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team s.t.
3 Alexandr Viktorovich Kolobnev Katusha Team s.t. 4 Stefano Pirazzi Colnago - CSF Inox s.t.
Stage 5 (Flat)
Belletti finished as runner-up in the bunch sprint. Pirazzi secured his second position at the GC. Pozzovivo and Stortoni finished fourth and tenth.
1 Alessandro Petacchi Lampre - ISD 3h15'39 2 Manuel Belletti Colnago - CSF Inox s.t.
3 Assan Bazayev Pro Team Astana s.t.
Wild Card request for Tirreno – Adriatico and Milan – San Remo refused, so the goals to win a stage and a top ten place can’t be achieved // Renewal of contracts of Belletti, Brambilla, Savini and Pagani // No new contracts for Lombardi and Pasqualon

GP dell’Insubria – Lugano (26/02) (Hills, flat finish)
60 km before the finish line four men escaped and Impey turned out to be the strongest of them. Canuti was my strongest rider and finished in the first peloton.
1 Daryl Impey Team NetApp 4h12'20
2 Jurgen Van Goolen Veranda's Willems - Accent s.t.
3 Ruggero Marzoli Acqua & Sapone - Caffè Mokambo s.t.
4 Frederik Veuchelen Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team + 1'23
5 Damiano Cunego Lampre - ISD s.t. 16 Federico Canuti Colnago - CSF Inox s.t.
A sprint of the eighteen strongest riders had to make clear who would win this classic. Canuti, who had a very good day, was in this first group and he sprinted to a spot on the podium.
On the very steep last climb the riders made the race very entertaining. A high pace, attacks from the start of the hill: in the end it was a bit too much for our leader Pirazzi who couldn’t follow the favorites.
1 Christopher Horner Team RadioShack 4h45'37
2 Peter Sagan Liquigas-Cannondale s.t.
3 Amets Txurruka Ansola Euskaltel-Euskadi + 59 11 Stefano Pirazzi Colnago - CSF Inox + 2'26
Nice story. I like that you keep it simple, and with some pictures, but not so many that it story get in the background of the pictures. I prob. start my own story after the new pcm.daily DB comes out
@akvisvik, thx man . I think the best db's will be ASO/PCMDaily and because I couldn't wait any longer I have chosen for the ASO DB.

Cholet – Pays De Loire (20/03) (Small hills, flat finish)
The nightmare of my team: the Team Time Trial. Besides that my riders can’t Time Trial, also my tactic sucked so I got last. By far.
1 Pro Team Astana 20'05
2 Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team + 2
3 Team NetApp + 15 20 Colnago - CSF Inox + 1'33
Stage 3 (Hills, flat finish)
There were two hills in the final. Pirazzi accelerated on the first and Pozzovivo on the second so they could ride together the last flat 15 km to the finish line. Only Rebellin, who accelerated on the first hill, was way too strong and my men finished third and fourth behind the Tunisian Chtioui. The peloton finished three minutes behind Rebellin. Pozzovivo and Pirazzi are now ranked second and third in the GC.
1 Matteo Carrara Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team 5h11'31
2 Danilo Di Luca Katusha Team s.t.
3 Francesco Masciarelli Pro Team Astana s.t. 8 Domenico Pozzovivo Colnago - CSF Inox + 52
Stage 5 (Flat)
Bunch sprint. Pozzovivo didn’t lose places so the goal to finish top ten in GC is achieved.
1 Francesco Gavazzi Lampre - ISD 4h14'41
2 Andrea Guardini Farnese Vini - Neri Sottoli s.t.
3 Matteo Carrara Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team s.t. 12 Sacha Modolo Colnago - CSF Inox s.t.
