Can it really be that my riders condition doesnt suffer from the prevouis stage? And if so, can it be disabled so it would be realistic insteead of just having 100% fresh riders for every stage in a tour.

No i cannot. If youre green bar is empty, it will not be full the next day

Your rider will not be 100% fresh in the next stage. You can test it easily by simulating a race like TdF. Look at your riders after two weeks it is written in the game.

I have forgotten to mention it is Multiplayer. Does that have an effect ?

And the green bar was full after being totally empty the day before.
