Rider interface in 3D Mode, what is +3 green box ?

Hi,

I can't find details as to what the +3 little green box is on the rider interface, and the yellow 0 (zero) that sometimes appears by one of my riders ?

Any idea ?

It's how the rider feels on the day. So 0 is average, +3 is pretty good. It is completely random so you can't influence it.
