Go into your router menu. It`s 192.168.2.1 for example. But can be something different. Check your router`s manual to get in there.
Then there should be something like port mapping or so. |

As said, check your router`s manual and you`ll find the IP/URL for the router menu.
What router do you have btw? |

There are some of the standard routers with the IP/URL and the standard password. It`s in German but actually you should understand the bit text without any problems.
Haven`t found something for the virgin media router, but normally it must be explained in the manual. |
