game crashed after selecting career,or anything else

Hi.Donno if anyone watches this threads,but i have a problem after lauching the game.Selecting career or anything else,the the game searches for some connection and just crashes.Installed then uninstalled,patched with no cd crack but the same problem for everything.Is there any help?
