Game crash

Hi guys
My problem is if i start the game it gos black en starts up, then i see the focus thing en the intro video en after the video ends it just crash it gos back to normal screen.
i started up again several times but it just crash, crash and crash
i cant do anything. can someone help
(dos this maybe happen because i downloaded the new patch 1.0.3.0)
Because this dosnt happen before when i downloaded the other patches

It might be related to a corrupt save. To find out, remove all saves and start the game. If it runs fine, you can use the backup instead.

If you are using WIN7 you have to run the game as administrator otherwise it will not be allowed to write in your documents folder. Hope it works 
EDIT: I had this problem myself. I had to reinstall the game (run the .exe as admin) and then right click on the PCM icon and choose "Run as....". After that it works like a charm.

dont matter i did everything good the game did run a week i played it en then this.
( It has nothing to do with load game and then crash, i dont even come to were u choose your account then it crash) |

Did you delete or remove all files in all folder in My Docs/PCM/Users/Your Username/Database/Solo/ ?
If yes, you could try to delete or remove the whole PCM folder in My docs. |

lachi i did remove all files in database>solo
but must i install the game again after i delete all pcm folder ??

It could be related to AV, some people needed to turn off AV to get the game running.
No, you do not need to install the game after deleting the files, the game will create this folder when it is missing.
