Hey guys...
I was just wondering if any of you could answer me this? Why doesn't any of my riders improve their stats, despite me training them? I even have a coach designated to some of them, but the results just don't show... I have played over 1 season, and I feel pretty sure that no one on my team has improved any of their stats yet... |

How old are the riders and how much are you training them?

Most of them are 24-28 years old, and what do you mean by how much I'm training them? |

No, they're all set to be training through the whole season... Unless they're at a race, of course |

So you think, that it's because they're all fatigued from hard training and many races? |

Yes... Try testing out 1 rider by making him race in maybe 3 a year if that... a guy that is really young and untalented...see what happens.

Just another guess: Could it be that you have set the rider's development to 0 when you started your career?

That actually sounds very likely! But is it possible for me to check that now in my career, and maybe even change it? |

DYN_manager in your savegame. Something like coeff_charac_evolution.

I'm pretty sure that it has to be somewhere in the database, but I can't tell you where exactly. Maybe one of the more experienced editors here can tell you.
€: Haha, I should reload before I post next time

I may sound stupid to you, when I say this, but what do you mean with DYN-Manager? |

You can "read" your database with one of the editors, e.g. Lachis editor or the Full Editor, you find them in the download section. Then, you load the chart "DYN_manager" and change the column that laidbackmarc has given you. You can change it in a range from 0 (no development) to 1 (very fast development), while 0,5 is the "normal" factor.

No, fatigue has absolutely nothing to do with rider development. |

I'm sorry that I haven't really been active for the last couple of days, but i have solved the problem! Weirdly enough, it actually said 0.5 in my save-database, but i then changed it to 1 and back to 0.5 again... There was surely some develeopment, when it was at 1, and I'm pretty sure that I have seen some development with it at 0.5 again.
-Thank you all for your help! |
