Yo!

I just downloaded the PCMFrance Realname DB and started the game.. Now, when create a new career and start a new team I'm only able to scout young riders from my own country. In the std database I can scout people from all over the world.

Does anyone know if this is intended?

That was a fix that came in the latest patch if you want other countries demote to another patch below.
