how to add shirts to game

hi guys, i know this may seem very simple and im sure there is a simple solution. how do u add a shirt from the database onto the game PCM 11. i would like to start my own team on the game and would like to have a great shirt from the database to represent my team. help!

Program Files -> Cyanide -> Pro Cycling Manager. why cant i find the CM_Textures folder in there??

Program Files/Cyanide/PCM11/3D/Cloth/Team.

That's where the shirts are in PCM11.
