Editing rider's form

Can I change a rider's form (what I mean here is the coloured square varying from 0-100 points) during a carriere with Lachi's editor V0.6 for PCM 2010?
If the answer is yes, how do I do that?

Edit the fitness_f_forme columns in DYN_cyclist.
