Is it possible to edit how big the chances are for the upcoming young riders getting for example potential 7? I think it is way too much when about 20 of the new riders each season have as big potential as 7. 5-15 with potential 7 would be more realistic. |

Is it possible to edit how many u-23 riders from each region/country which apply? For example if you want more u-23 riders from Norway or Russia... |

You could in PCM10, but I'm not too sure about PCM11. The column that existed in PCM10 doesn't exist in PCM11, so my first guess is 'no', but as said - I haven't really looked into it. |
