I don't think so.

I only think you can play Stages, Tours etc. Smile

As far as I know, you can play a whole season against each other.

Everything else is just pointless, or would you want to wait for every manager to find the staff, sponsors, young riders and while they are making contracts. And what should happen if you and your friend both want to sign contador, should the game stop until both of you are online, and then you have a bitting war while all other players have to wait.

As far as I know season mode is only avaiable in LAN so would be nice to see that feature in the online game and season is basically a stripped down version of career mode which would be necessary for online play due to the reasons Lachi has already said
