National Championship crash

Hey guys, i've heard several places that people have trouble playing national championships, which causes the game to crash. I've experienced it yesterday. I'd hate to lose this current save game, and i've heard that you might be able to change the name of a stage file to avoid this problem. Any way as far as i can see in the log, this i my problem

Can anybody help me out with this particular problem?

You are missing a file called "chpts_Italy_itt.cds". Since it didn't come with the original game, I suppose you downloaded a DB. Make sure that the file was included with the DB.

Okay, its a realname database i've downloaded, dont know if if changes anything in the stages, but probably does.

its the italy realname database i downloaded, discovered that apparently winRAR didnt transfer the stages files, so ive extracted them myself now and works perfectly..
