Startlist in online game

Hey guys.

I've a question. Is It possible to play an online game with the official startlist of Tour De France? In PCM2009, I remember to have played a Tour with the official startlist. But, in this PCM, I only can play with the startlist in offline mode. Is there anything I can do to solve this?
