Hi! Just installed the game on both mine and my brother's computer. The second time I got a message that I only have 1 activation left. Does that mean after that I have to buy a new? It's never been like this before, only on the version that was downloaded. |

It's always been like that with the download version.
When you've used up the activations, you have to e-mail the company that you bought the game from and ask for a new key. |

In 2010, When you used the last activation, after 90 days, you get another one! But use them wisely, 3 months is a long time without PCM
|

It is not a CD because it is a DVD but beside of this, Cyanide or Focus (the publisher) decided to release only one version this year. So the DVD version and the download version are the same, all being the international version which does include all languages.
You should have noted that you do not need to put the DVD back into your computer ever again once you installed the game. This is because the game is registered for your computer. So you don't have to worry about breaking, scratching or losing your DVD. |

I've just bought the game on dvd and installed it so used up 1 activation, i then downloaded the latest patch and i've used another activatiion so i've only 1 left. Surely that's not right since all i've done is patch the game! |

You do not need to activate after installation of the patch and I never heard of that before, so what did you do?
But it does not matter anyhow, because you can receive another key if this one has been used up. |

I had to use the activation key again after the patch or it wasn't going to let me play so had no choice |
