Cyclist declining world championship invite

Each year my top rider from my team declines when I want him to race the road race (he does ITT willingly) is there any way to force him to accept through savegame editing?
Tried looking around with Lachi's editor but can't seem to find anything :/ |

I'm pretty sure it's the gene_b_nominated column in DYN_cyclist. Alternatively, check gene_i_selected_nat_team in the same table.

So is that the only way to get him in? Forcing the selection? Is there no way to make him "want" to go?
Btw, is there a site or something of the sort that explains all these database entries? |

If I could make it a favorite race or goal even (not sure how the game handles those at all so just thinking out "loud" then I'd only have to edit him once in the DB and not every savegame AND every season.
That said I was satisfied with the solution given to me |
