PCM Crashes when I try to play.

So I bought yesterday new pcm. I play a two stages and third was crashed.So I re-started the game and there was an suprise. The game start normal with intro and after the "focus" logo the game crashes. The music are still playing but the screen are black and the game come back to windows. I reinstall the game, install patch, graphic card drivers, and anything help me.
So guys have you any ideas how to help me ?  |

Soo, I run the game and after the video presentation the screen going white, music ist still playing and few seconds later game go out to the windows, I wrote to the cyanide support, they said to delete the pcm folder in my documents but it doesn;t help. I install too newest graphic card drivers, i delete the video folders, switch off the anti-virus and reinstall the game twice but anything help me.
It is annoying that i play few stages before this crash.
I think only change my pc can help with this crash |

If you removed the video folder, there cannot be a video presentation.
Do this:
- Uninstall the game
- Delete pcm folder in my documents
- Delete pcm folder in %APPDATA% (type it in the explorer bar, then press enter)
- Install the game
- Install the patch 1.0.3.0
- Install the DB
- Rename the video folder
- Unplug your internet
- Switch off your Anti virus
- Start the game |
