Start up problem

I have trouble with the game
Usually I will start up the game and then the screen will go black and then return to windows menu
On the rare occasion I will start up the game, PCM will come up and I'll click load last saved game and then the game crashes
Could someone plz help because I can't even Enjoy this game!

If the game crashes when loading the save, it could be a corrupt save. Remove the save and try again. (You could remove all save and then put the neded one back one by one and start up the game to see which save makes the game crash.)
The saves are in "My documents" in the pcm folder. I do not know the structure but look for files called *.cdb. The files called *.cdb~ are backups and can be deleted. The files called *.cdi are not needed so delete them to be sure.
If the game has trouble starting up, then rename the video folder. This folder can be found where you installed the game. |

no
my problem has got worse
I have not done anyhting to the save yet but now I cant even run the game at all
I can't do anything with PCM at the moment
I don't understand stage editor and my database keeps on deleting itself
it is super annoying
I cant do anyhting whatsoever

I've done that
game temporarily works but
Custom team will not work and I cannot load any games whatsoever
this is really painful
I can't enjoy career mode or anything substantial because it won't load
and my graphics
does not allow spectataors or anything but the road and the riders
PCM11 is driving me nuts!

You remind me of myself when I first joined....
Anyway you should tell us exactly what happens, when the game stops working, step by step. It might not seem like help, but it does help us narrow the possibilities down. Plus, what do you have to lose, its just the time you would have been playing PCM anyway, so dont make it rushed like your previous posts or else it will be hard to understand.
Edit; Its possible the actual database is corrupt. If your using a realname db, delete it and then download it again. If its just the Cyanide db just delete it and the game will make a new one for you (atleast it worked like that in older games)

1. I log in and open up PCM 11
2. I press the load or load last saved game button
3. Game crashes saying an error has occured while running PCM
4. After that everytime I try to load PCM the screen goes black and returns to desktop
I can start new games but it does not save which is annoying when u r trying to develop a custom team
Other teams do not work either
My db is official release
my db editor can edit dbs but does not save

It sound like a corrupt save to me, so try this:
1. Remove all the saves (do not delete in case you might want to try to recover some of the later once your game is running again)
2. Start the game and start a new career
3. Simulate some days until after the first race
4. Quit the game by going to the main menu, then quit completely
5. Start the game and try to load the career
Edit:
I just have seen that you might be an Australian. If yes, change the time zone before you do all the above.

I just tried what you said
2 times
I press play and after a few seconds the screen goes blank and then all of a sudden i'm back on main menu
I have been having alot of trouble with PCM 11 and am thinking of possibly giving up on trying unless I can find a solution

which one was this, I just deleted a cbd file or something like CrueTrue said
