Making Your Own Database

Just a quick question, I've made my own database (.cdb file) with the right names, etc. What folder do I now put that file in, and how do I select it in the game so that the real names appear? Thanks in advance.

My Docs/PCM/Users/Your Username/Database

Pick it in Options -> Database
