Database problem logos and mini shirts pink

Hi, I made some changes in the database and create some teams but when i go to play all logos and mini shirts have a pink square and the jersey isn't the one that i choose with all the teams with same jerseys... why?

Here is a fix:

Open your save with FullEditor, open the DYN_sponsor table and find your team. Look for the "jersey_sz_abbreviation" column. It should be something of the form Cx where x is a number. Insert a 0 (zero) between C and the number x, and save your savegame.

The patch somehow transformed C01 into C1 (and so on), so these jerseys get lost.
