I have patch 1.0.3.0 and since custom jerseys are not working I want to demote to 1.0.2.5.

Do I just download and install over 1.0.3.0 and it will automatically go back? or is there a way to uninstall a patch?

This will be fixed in the next patch, however there's a quick fix that I read about on the Cyanide board.

Open your save with FullEditor, open the DYN_sponsor table and find your team. Look for the "jersey_sz_abbreviation" column. It should be something of the form Cx where x is a number. Insert a 0 (zero) between C and the number x, and save your savegame.

The patch somehow transformed C01 into C1 (and so on), so these jerseys get lost.
